Holder of the European ERQ1 (EuRA) certification, Dhahoua Messaoudi moved to Algeria in 2014 after growing up in France and beginning her career in real estate transactions in Paris. In 2015, she founded Héritage Conseil in Algiers, a firm specializing in supporting expatriate employees in partnership with the HR departments of SMEs and multinationals.

This hands-on experience, in direct contact with the country's administrative and human realities, built a solid and operational expertise. In 2023, she gave rise to DZ EXPAT, a restructured firm designed to meet broader and more complex needs.

Her journey is also marked by a powerful personal story. In 2016, the death of her father led her to repatriate her mother suffering from Alzheimer's disease, and then to create in 2020 the home care agency Yaatik el Kheir. In 2023, her mother passed away, closing an intimate cycle deeply tied to what Dhahoua calls "the Algerian dream".

As an Algerian from the diaspora herself, she understands from the inside the challenges faced by expatriates: complex administrative procedures, blocked inheritances, or managing assets from abroad. DZ EXPAT was born from this dual experience, with a clear ambition: to offer reliable, human and structured support, capable of turning distance into serenity.
